Tom Adams is the principal solicitor of Thomas Adams Solicitors.
Tom’s grandfather, Herbert Stanley Adams, was a Crown Solicitor in New Zealand. His great uncle, Sir Francis Boyd Adams, was a judge of New Zealand’s Supreme Court. His great grandfather, Alexander Samuel Adams, was also a judge of New Zealand’s Supreme Court. This family background has given him a strong sense of the importance to the community of legal work and of the personal quality of integrity.
Tom attended Scots College in Sydney, graduated from the University of Technology in Sydney in 1991 with a Law Degree, and started employment as a solicitor in 1993. In 1994 he was employed at Paul K Bell & Co of Penrith. He then practised at Quinns Solicitors of Penrith until 2001.
In 2001 he went into sole practice at St Marys, trading as St Marys Legal Practice.
In 2009 St Marys Legal Practice changed its name to Thomas Adams Solicitors, but retained the commitment to providing professional legal services at a reasonable rate to the community.
